Description: Join Budding Yoga for a family yoga class of play, yoga, imagination and fun! The class will start with a picture book, move on to yoga, then an imaginative animal activity, more yoga, a few family/partner poses and games, then wrap-up with some relaxation. Adults are encouraged (but not required) to participate.
