    WECPTA's Spring 2025 Tots to Teens Resale (previously known as Kiddie Kloset) event will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

    WECPTA Tots to Teens is the resale of gently used baby, children and maternity clothing, children/baby furniture, toys, games and miscellaneous items. Vendors price and sell their own items and keep all the profits. Seller spaces go quickly, so we recommend registering for a space as soon as you've confirmed your availability and desire to sell.

    SCHEDULE
    Set-Up: Friday, March 14 from 7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

    Sale Day: Saturday, March 15

    • Cribs and beds cannot be assembled

    BIG ITEM AREA

    • Limit 2 items per purchased selling space, or purchase a Big Item Area Only space for up to 4 items
    • Additional details to follow in the seller packet

Your space is not reserved until your payment is received. If you register and pay online, you will receive an email confirmation once your space is reserved.     This year we are adding sellers who specifically have big kid clothes, for ages 6-12. Members of ANY of the Westlake PTAs (WES, DIS, LBMS, WHS, Council) are able to buy vendor spaces at the WECPTA member discounted price.

    Westlake PTA Members should email their PTA president to request the registration code to receive the discounted rate.

    Join WECPTA for our 47th Annual Auction & Raffle Fundraiser! 

    Your ticket(s) include virtual games of golf, baseball, and darts; table games of pool and floor jenga; food, and non-alcoholic drinks. A cash bar will be available at the event.

    While enjoying this adults only event, you will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets, 50/50 tickets, and a wine pull.

    Purchase your admission ticket(s) by 2/28/2025, and receive five (5) free raffle tickets to get you started!  This event is open to the public so bring your friends, invite your family, and share with your neighbors!

    If you are unable to attend our event, but would still like to support WECPTA, there is a donation ticket option for $50.00. We appreciate your continued support!

FIELD TRIP GUIDELINES

  1. According to the WECPTA Standing Rules, Board Members have first priority to sign up for field trips when the information is published. All members in good standing can sign up for field trips 15 minutes prior to each General Meeting (i.e. starting at 6:45 pm). Sign-ups for free field trips can also be done online, or via e-mail to the field trip coordinator.
  2. For outings that require a fee, payment is REQUIRED prior to the event, by the sign-up deadline. You are not officially signed up until payment is received. Payment can be made at the monthly WECPTA meetings or by mailing or dropping off money to the trip coordinator.
  3. Board members receive an additional subsidy for field trips as a perk for their time and effort.
  4. Payment in cash is acceptable, however, online payment or a check made payable to WECPTA is preferred as it is significantly easier to track.
  5. Separate payment (separate check) is needed for each outing. This makes it considerably easier to accommodate different committee members planning different field trips. Your cooperation with this is greatly appreciated!
  6. In the event you are unable to attend an outing, please contact the trip coordinator ASAP. Many of the field trips are limited, and by signing up but not attending, you are restricting others from participating. Depending on the conditions of the field trip, we may not be able to refund your payment.
  7. If a field trip is cancelled due to low sign ups and/or inclement weather or other conditions, a refund will be issued. Any refunds issued will be available at the next meeting.
  8. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled outings to assist the coordinator(s) with any necessary check in. Remember: the coordinators will have their children anxious to get started with the outing as well, and will not want to be stuck waiting for latecomers!
  9. WECPTA members may sign up or purchase tickets for field trips at the subsidized rate ONLY for their immediate family (including grandparents). If space is available, other family or friends may be signed up at the non-subsidized rate. Please be sure to note if you are signing up non-members.
